Our
rebuild department offers two component rebuild classifications. The first of the two classes is what we call a Rebuilt unit.
A good Rebuilt differential has been disassembled, inspected, and repaired with OEM parts. These units are then reinspected
for quality workmanship and finished in black. The gear work is then coated with an antirust solution for protection. Rebuilt
units carry a 30-day guarantee.

The second Reman program
is what we call a Reman unit. These units are completely disassembled. All original components are individually cleaned via
bead abrasion and inspected. Worn components are replaced with new parts. Reman units receive all new bearings and synchronizers.
They also receive a new input shaft. All new gaskets, air lines, fittings, and seals assure a leak free component. Once the
Reman unit is inspected for quality workmanship, it is tagged and finished in red. The new input shaft is then coated with
an antirust solution for protection. Our Reman transmissions are guaranteed for 90 days.

Used Engines
|
|
We offer quality
used engines at a reasonable price. Each used engine is thoroughly inspected by a qualified diesel technician. Lower end inspections
include removing the oil pan and inspecting the cylinder walls. Next, we remove the rod and main bearing caps to inspect the
bearings. In the event that these bearings do not meet our high standards, they will be replaced with new ones at no charge
to the customer. Lastly, the engines are cranked and tested for that extra peace of mind. Once we are satisfied, we know our
customers will be too. Only then do we sell the engines and guarantee them. If you need a heavy-duty diesel engine, chances
